Nefera is here to reign! (Don’t tell Cleo!)

La caja es asimétrica, con la ciudad de Boo York al fondo en lo que simula ser un rascacielos y las letras del nombre de la película son enormes, ¡como un anuncio más neoyorkino! Por detrás, hay otro escenario de la ciudad y una sinopsis breve del musical (Boo York es el primer musical de Monster High)

The box is assymetric, with the city of Boo York visible in the background with simulated skyscrapers and the huge letters of the name of the movie, like a huge New York banner! Behind, there is another cityscape and a brief synopsis of the musical play. (Boo York is the first musical from Monster High). 

La muñeca es hermosa: el color de su cabello se ha extendido a todo su atuendo. Su maquillaje es teal con dorado, y sus labios son marrón. Trae menos accesorios: no trae bolsa, ni diario, solo su cepillo, base, unos aretes dorados que parecen piezas de cometa y una pieza del Cristal Cometa, tan importante en la película.

The doll is beautiful: the color of her hair has been extended to all her attire. Her make up is teal with gold, and her lips are brown. She has less accesories than other dolls: she has no bag and no diary, only her comb, base, a pair of earrings that look like pieces of a comet and a piece of the Crystal Comet.

Su base, igual que su cepillo, son de un gris plateado. La base tiene el logotipo de Monster High, y el cepillo la forma de la distintiva «skullette»

Her base, just like her comb, are of a silver grey. Her base has the logo of Monster High, and her comb the shape distinctive shape of the «skullete».

Sin duda, algo que detesto en las muñecas es que traigan accesorios externos pintados, como en el caso de sus guantes que simulan un vendaje color teal; quizá era más sencillo colorear el brazo que hacer guantes sin dedos. El Cristal Cometa es de plástico blando, y hueco por debajo, para sostenerlo, solo hay que meter la mano de la muñeca y Nefera podrá invocar todo lo que quiera.

Without a space for doubt, I hate when dolls have external accessories painted on instead of being actually molded as separate pieces. Perhaps it was easier to just paint the arm rather than make proper gloves. The Crystal Comet is of soft plastic, and hollow underneath. To hold it, you need only insert the hand of the doll and Nefera will invoke as much havoc as she wants. 

El tocado en su cabeza, parecen ser piezas de cometa, y dos serpientes, todo de color negro. No pasa desapercibido, y no se pierde en su cabello, color teal con highlights blancos, negros y bronce.

Her headdress appears to be pieces of the comet and two serpents, all in black. It it not lost in her hair, teal colored with white, black and bronce highlights. 

La «armadura» (no sé como llamarla) es complicada y detallada. El color es bronce/dorado, más claro que sus labios, y más oscuro que sus aretes -aunque en la foto luce dorado). Consta de una pieza en el pecho en el que hay una especie de serpiente unida con una en su hombro izquierdo que luce como varios cristales saliendo del mismo lugar – ¡Vaya Nefera, estás llena de cristales y serpientes, si no sales mordida, sales pinchada!

Her «armor» is quite complicated and detailed. It is bronze/golden colored. Lighter than her lips and darker than her earrings, although the color in the picture is a bit off. It is formed by a piece in the chest joined with a kind of serpent to more pieces of the comet all sprouting from the same place. She is quite dangerous, if you are not bitten by a serpent you will get pricked by all the crystals. 

Lo que más me gusta de todo son sus zapatos: con tacón de cristal (literalmente, son cristales acomodados en forma de plataforma, ¡en tu cara, Cenicienta!) y serpientes enredándose a lo largo de sus piernas. Me recuerdan a otros personajes, no porque tengan unos iguales, sino que podrían combinar con alguna muñeca con esos colores, como Honey Swamp, o quizá Vandala Doubloons.

What I like the most about her are her shoes: with crystal heels (literally, they are crystals arranged with the shape of a platform heel, take that Cinderella!) and serpents entwined along her legs. The remind me of other characters, not because they are alike, but because they could easily match with a doll that has those colors, like Honey Swamp or perhaps Vandala Doubloons. 

El vestido es negro y teal, con un estampado de serpiente o algo así, y una pieza central color negro que funciona de tirantes-corbata.

The dress is black with teal, with a snake pattern or something like that, and a central piece of black fabric that works as a a tie and straps. 

Con el perdón de Cleo, que es mi favorita, Nefera está aquí para quedarse. Mientras la mayor de las De Nile forma su imperio, un par de minions entrometidos ya encontraron a su «¡Big Boss!»

Excusing myself from Cleo’s wrath (which is my favorite doll), Nefera has come to stay. While the eldest of the De Nile’s is busy forming an empire, a pair of meddlesome minions have already found their «Big Boss!».
